Our Leadership Program adds to the Taekwondo experience by directly teaching students the Life Skills necessary to become a Leader both within the Dojang (Taekwondo School) and in every area of life. Students are taught both the meaning of key concepts such as Respect, Perseverance, Honor and Integrity and they are taught how to model these attributes in themselves and to teach the attributes to others.

Leadership Program Members grow and gain leadership opportunities and responsibilities within the school. Leadership Program Members are also eligible to become Instructors, as well as State or World Champions. Leadership Program Members graduating high school are eligible for college scholarships through the American Taekwondo Association.

Finally, Leadership Program members have more fun... they are taught additional material including single stick weapons forms (Bahng Mahng Ee), Xtreme Martial Arts forms (XMA), Long Staff forms (Jahng Bahng) and Sword Forms.
