ATA Fitness Training is designed to be a scalable, full body fitness program. This program combines traditional strength training, stretching, and cardio kickboxing to make a fitness program that helps you accomplish your goals.

•  No Experience necessary - Our program does not require any martial arts background or technique training. All skills are motor skills that can be learned by anyone. No emphasis on rank or age, just a good all-around workout.

•  Anyone can do it - The ATA Fitness Training is made to be scalable to your current fitness level. Each exercise is designed to work a targeted muscle group or core fitness skill. The number and pace of each exercise is based on your fitness level. As you continue to train, your instructor can help you set goals on what would challenge you.

•  No canned routine - ATA Fit is designed to be a unique workout with every class. Drawing from both a substantial background in martial arts and the backing of the American Taekwondo Association's ATAFit360 initiative, the program draws from a wide variety of workouts that cover every muscle group. Each workout is uniquely designed, with a combination of muscle groups in mind, so every class is a different experience.

•  Build yourself physically and mentally - As with all of our programs at ATA Martial Arts, we're all about building our students up. Expect a warm, encouraging atmosphere, and instructors that are all about your goals. We strive to build the confidence of our students, even when we push you to the limit.
